After thirty years of successfully designing bespoke bars & restaurants for a number of well-known clients Keith Paine founded kdpa in 2006. His knowledge of the hospitality industry coupled with his passion for creating high quality innovative buildings and interiors has grown the company to its current level.

Having started the business with Keith, Sheila’s role was vital to the growth of kdpa. Her knowledge and expertise played a crucial part in the success we have today.

Gregg Elliott joined the Practice as a Senior Designer in 2013 and was appointed Director at kdpa in 2018. Following valuable periods of working in Sri Lanka on residential projects and with Paolo Soleri in Arizona, Gregg returned to London where he oversaw numerous hospitality projects, developing knowledge of historic building renovation. He also leads the studio’s residential team, with projects in London and across the UK.

David’s impeccable attention to detail has earned him a well deserved place within our kdpa family. That coupled with his knowledge of hospitality, leisure and award winning designs prove he is a real asset. Before joining kdpa, David led the design for a large scale newbuild consisting of over thirty public houses and restaurants. His infectious personality and uplifting spirit are a joy to be around.

Tony’s dedication to the field of architecture and construction is reflected in the incredibly high standard of his work. His knowledge of practical construction techniques inspires confidence and respect from colleagues, contractors and clients alike.

Glenn joined the team at the start of 2020 and has a background in residential, commercial and hospitality design; working on a wide range of projects in the UK and internationally. He has been involved in a number of award-winning projects in the UK and hopes to find the same success at KDPA.

Matt is an architectural visualizer specializing in photorealistic 3D renderings that bring designs to life. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach, he transforms architectural concepts into vivid, immersive visuals. From interiors to large-scale developments, Matt’s work captures the essence of each project, helping clients see the full potential of their vision.

Matt has over a decade of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong foundation in construction, architectural design and interior design work.

Emma has over 10 years experience in residential & Commercial design. Having previously won awards for her bathroom designs she plays a vital part of our design team.

Yasmin has 5 years’ experience working across the design sector, in graphics, artwork creation and interiors. With projects in education, office spaces and hospitality, she enjoys the problem solving and research involved in interior design

Annette’s extensive industry experience and ability to see the potential in any given building make her an invaluable asset in terms of delivering new schemes to our clients. Her dedication to overseeing all of the drawing work produced stems from a genuine love of her craft as well as an organisational ability that is second to none.

Reshma is a detail-oriented, budding architect who has a great passion for design. She is an integral part of our Architecture Department.

Nadia is a dynamic architect with extensive knowledge in urban design, she recently earned her Master’s degree in Architectural and Urban Design with distinction.

Angela’s role in liaising with suppliers and ensuring that orders are placed on time and within budget greatly enhance our operation and ensure a smooth transition when handing over to our clients.

Andy is responsible for ensuring that the large variety of items required for each project are ordered and delivered on time. His hard work behind the scenes is essential to the success of our projects.

Ellie provides daily administrative support for the Directors’ while also managing the day to day HR needs of the business, as well as keeping on top of the management of the office and facilities.

Stacey helps to provide all elements of administrative support to our team.

Tess is Keith’s dog and comes to the office with him most days. She is great at eating treats, napping, barking at seagulls and letting visitors know that she’s the boss.
