Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in West Sussex

Overview:

KDPA are looking for a senior project manager, with experience managing the refurbishment of pubs, restaurants and hotels. The successful candidate will have a sound construction background, a strong degree of planning and building regulation knowledge, and have onsite experience.

This role will all be hands-on, requiring initiative and good communication skills that will be invaluable for attending site meetings and liaising with contractors and other external parties.

This position involves working on projects throughout the UK and the ROI, so being able to travel as necessary is a must. Whilst an architectural background is preferable, it is not essential.

Key skills required:

– Sound construction background
– Solid knowledge of planning and building regulations
– Onsite experience

Architectural Technician
We are looking for a senior Architectural Technician to join our team

Overview:

The technical position will involve providing detailed guidance in the preparation of construction information for a variety of new build and renovation projects. The successful candidate will be either a technician or technical architect with good technical knowledge and understanding of modern building techniques, standards and materials.

Key skills required:

– Rigorous approach to detail
– Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
– Excellent AutoCAD skills
– Good all round experience and the necessary passion and confidence to take a project from concept to construction
